Thanks for coming out to Dirigible!

We had a great time at Dirigible Brewing yesterday. Thanks to Jana and Deb who were extremely gracious hosts and made us feel right at home. Lots of friends and family showed up and we appreciate the support! We heard great things about the BBQ Underground, but weren't able to enjoy it ourselves - maybe next time. Sunday afternoons at Dirigible are a lot of fun, and we look forward to doing it again soon. Next up: Friday, April 11th at Sanctuary in Maynard. We were booked to play here back in mid February, but the "outside" was an icy hellscape, so we re-scheduled. Spring is now springing and we're very excited to make some music at Dirigible! Our first full-length album is available on all streaming platforms

Over the course of 2023, we were hard at work recording an album of 10 original songs in Mike's home recording studio in Stow, Massachusetts. The album is called Sitting in the Eye and is available on all streaming platforms. This was not our first rodeo recording. We spent a few weeks at Woolly Mammoth studios in Waltham back in 2010 and 2011. This was a great experience and the folks we worked with were great. We attempted a home recording project back in 2017 as well. Both of these efforts were not entirely fruitful. We captured a few things that we really loved and some that we really didn't. Such is life as they say.

Sitting in the Eye, released January 2024.

For Sitting in the Eye, we started each track with the acoustic duo as the foundation. Two acoustic guitars and two vocals. We then added layers on top of that - keys, organ, bass, harmony vocals, percussion, drums, 12 string and electric guitars. Unlike our previous recording efforts, we feel that this album captures the duo and then enhances it with tasteful layers of melody, harmony and psychedelia. Enjoy!
